The Greenhorn Valley is fortunate to have a local snowmobile club, the Sangre Snowrunners, enhancing the winter experience in Colorado, especially during the typically heavy snowfalls in our area.The club promotes both summer and winter recreation, focusing on keeping trails accessible for everyone.

Bob Smith grew up as one of six siblings on a ranch near Dodge City, Kansas.“Growing up with my dad, you knew how to work,” he shared.“All six of us have a strong work ethic and we got that from dad.”Smith, who retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2011, still knows how to work.
