Participants Brought their Strangest Items for Adult Show and Tell

What do you do when you are handed an item and you have no idea what is? If you are like the staff of the Greenhorn Library Branch, you research until you find an answer and then turn it into something fun for the whole community.That is just what happened at the Greenhorn Library.

Zoo Receives Additional Funding from City Council

The Pueblo Zoo will receive an additional $176,000 in funding from the City of Pueblo after a November 24, 6 to 1 vote of the Pueblo City Council raised the Zoo’s allocation from the city’s $767,655 previous allotment to $944,000.

Sarah’s Home Welcomes New Executive Director

Since we first heard of Sarah’s Home in an undisclosed location in Colorado, we have followed their progress in the fight against child trafficking. Initially, we heard about it through a church in Rye who had invited a representative to speak to the congregation. We have been supporters ever since.
