“Dinner at Eight Dead by Nine”

For the first time since Covid, Rye High School's drama class performed a play, 'Dinner At Eight Dead By Nine.' The students, along with drama teacher Mrs. Anglin and band director Ian Watson, performed the dinner mystery Monday to a sold-out crowd.

Just created in December 2022, although co-owner Sarah Hunter says it has been being discussed and planned for a long time, Bee Sassy Boutique LLC is a refreshing pop-up store recently appearing in the Valley.

Three to be Inducted in RHS

Seth Baker, Jerry Kersey, and Paul Defoyd will be the 2023 hall of fame inductees at the 1st Annual Hall of Fame Ceremony and Athletic Banquet held at Rye High School on May 13th beginning at 5 p.m.

Rye Elementary Carnival was a Stunning Success

Everyone worked together on Thursday, March 30, to make the 2023 Rye Elementary Carnival a huge success. Students, staff, parents, and community members all plotted, planned, set up, cooked, prepared games and prizes, and worked hard to present the carnival to a packed school of happy children.

RCC Saddle Club is Ready to Ride

The Rye/Colorado City Saddle Club members, and horses, alike, have spring fever and are ready to get out and play. Officers were elected in February and event committees and coordinators are being set up.
