Colorado Rebate for Tax, Rent and Heat Available

Colorado residents including people with disabilities and older adults can now apply for the PTC Rebate which will assist with property tax, rent, and/or heat expenses as the winter season approaches. Colorado residents who qualify can receive up to $976 a year.

Beach Retires as Rye Town Clerk

The Town of Rye said “Goodbye” to an amazing employee on December 31. Sherri Beach was forced to retire for health reasons and under the advice of her medical professionals. Beach was hired in 2018, to fill the “part-time” position of Rye Town Clerk.

San Isabel Electric has received numerous reports of a phone scam telling individuals they are past due on their account and without immediate payment will have their power shut off. The not-for-profit cooperative utility company has received at least one report from a member who fell for the scam.
