RYE HIGH SCHOOL

Amelia Burbidge explains “elephant toothpaste” and the different chemical reactions. Burbidge was assisted by Cody Dodge, Taylor Kenney, Calvin Scisco, and Devin Samuelson. The group is in Kacie Anglin’s TSA (Technology Student Association) group and shared the information with Mrs. Donna Dodge’s AP Environmental Class.

Another group talked about why leaves fall off the trees and change colors. Then they had the students draw on a piece of paper that had a leaf pasted on, where they had to incorporate the leaf into the drawing (Sydney Griffith, Brodey Griffith, Kendall Himmelberg, and Eruka Peterson). Mrs. Dodge's AP Environmental Class students showed the kids what you need in a habitat by playing a game being deer. They learned what happens when they don't have specific items to live and graphed those findings (Millie Laforest, Brendan Gray, Katie Huskins, and Mason Ford).
