Harlee Aggson, who is an 11th grader at Rye High School, received recognition from the Arts and Sciences Division at Pueblo Community College. She was a recipient of the Outstanding Student Excellence Award in Criminal Justice.
Each year the Division's Department Chairs and Professors select students who demonstrate the qualities of an outstanding student - aptitude in the subject, attitude, initiative, dependability, communication, class behavior, and leadership.
