Jacque Wachob, who has been selling real estate since 1992, has sold Southern Colorado Real Estate Brokers to Stephanie and Andrew Bratcher. Wachob opened up her local real estate business, the largest in the valley, in 2005. Stephanie and Jacque have worked together.

September 29th, students from Rye High School photography classes went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo to take photos of animals. Mrs. Anglin, Rye High School art teacher, has taken students to the zoo every year for the last ten years (except last school year of course).
