Town of Rye Makes Plans for Office Changes

During a Town of Rye Emergency board meeting, September 21, following a lengthy executive session, Patrick Ryan made a motion to accept the proposed maternity leave presented by Rye Town Clerk Jocelyn Mower. Sheila Henderson seconded the motion and it passed the board unanimously.

“I’ve helped lots of people with lots of fund raisers,” said Sharon Wade. “Now we have a need, so my Time to Sing Concerts is going to feature my daughter, Myracle. Right now, we are a one-car family and Myracle is driving from Colorado City to CSUPueblo every day to finish up her senior year.

Greenhorn Valley Book Club Meetings are More Than a Book Review

The Greenhorn Valley Book Club meetings are so much more than just a review of a book, although there is that too. This lively and diverse group meets the last Thursday of each month at the Greenhorn Valley Library from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Annual Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Visit

Rye High School Photography classes visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo on Wednesday September 28th. Mrs. Anglin, the photography teacher, has been taking students to the zoo for the last twelve years.
