RFPD Moving Forward

Despite the surprising upheaval and the resignation of a board member at the last Rye Fire Protection District (RFPD) meeting, the special RFPD meeting on January 23 moved along much as usual.

CCMD Rec Center Invites Adults/Seniors

Colorado City Parks and Rec will be opening the rec center for adults/seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rec center will be open from 8am to 11am. We will have coffee available and the game tables will be open.

Rein Approved as New D70 Superintendent

Pueblo County School District 70 Board of Education (BOE) voted to approve Ronda Rein as their new Superintendent at the meeting on January 17. Rein will officially begin her new role on July 1, 2023.
