Spring is in the air! Much like the spring season, the real estate market is following suit: sporadic activity interrupted by massive “storms.” These “storms” are increasing interest rates and lack of inventory that people have to “weather” to move towards their goals of stable home ownership.

RCC Saddle Club Ready to Kick Off Season

Dust off those saddles and curry up the horses; Rye Colorado City (RCC) Saddle Club is getting ready to start its season.In order to get ready for the 2024 season, two workdays, Thursday, April 25th, and Saturday, May 4th, are scheduled to get the arena and equipment in working order for the season.

Matt DeJong was named as the new Rye High School Principal, effective July 1. DeJong worked at Rye High last year before serving this year at Pleasant View Middle School. He shared that he is excited to be returning to work at Rye High School and thanked the BOE and the admin.
