To the Editor, As a teacher in the Greenhorn Valley, I am disgusted by the anti-capitalist resolution passed by our state teachers’ union, the Colorado Education Association (CEA), at their annual Delegate Assembly in April.

I'm very alarmed on hearing the Marxist in the Colorado Education Association have passed a resolution against Capitalism. I am a student of Marxism and Communism since I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1978.

I appreciated your timely column last week about the recent tragedy at the school in Nashville. We are all asking “when will this stop” and “what can we do”?
