Days Inn General Manager Wants to be Involved in the Community

Ruth Griffith has worked at the Colorado City Days Inn for 13 years, 11 of those as the General Manager. On August 8 of last year, Diamond Lodging, LLC of Monument, Colorado became the owner of the motel and Griffith has noticed a difference.

Free Mobile Market Three Month Trial

Beginning on January 13 from 11:00 a.m. until noon the Volunteers for Community (VFC), in conjunction with Care and Share, will have a Mobile Market in the Colorado City Rec Center Parking Lot. The existing VFC open pantry will continue on the fourth Saturday of each month from 9:30 a.m.
