Colorado City Hosts 2023 Colorado 4-H Archery Championships

August 19, and Sunday, August 20. Archery teams from across the state weathered the 100°+ heat and crazy wind to participate in the tournament.
In order to be eligible for the state event, participants had to qualify in regional competitions held earlier this year.

There was no hesitation when I asked Marty Rahl, Mayor of the Town of Rye, what the most important issue was on her priority list.
“Water. Water is always the first priority. Right now, we are working on financing and getting a Charcoal Filtration System approved,” Rahl shared.
