Faith Circle hosted its annual Senior Christmas Luncheon on Wednesday, December 10. This cherished event has been a tradition in the community for many years.The invitation to the Christmas Luncheon welcomed all Greenhorn Valley seniors to enjoy a complete holiday meal at no cost.

Edward Jones Shows Appreciation for Clients with a Holiday Open House

Kevin Maroney, Nicole Hamler, and Amy Fox opened the doors of the Colorado City Edward Jones office on Thursday, December 11 for a festive Holiday Open House. Clients were invited to come and celebrate the season with their favorite financial people as well as others in the community.

Christmas Cookie Walk is Delicious Fun

Christmas is coming on fast; time is getting shorter and the to do list is getting longer. What to do about those Christmas cookies? Many Greenhorn Valley residents found the answer by joining in the annual cookie walk at the Rye Home United Methodist Church (RHUMC) on Saturday, December 13.

Metro Approves 2026 Budget

The 2026 Colorado City Metro District budget was approved by a unanimous vote of all five board members at the December 9, regular meeting. The board thanked Bob Sievert and Greg Bailey who served on the budget committee as the 17.
