Sunday, June 26, may have dawned as a cool, rainy day but by 1:00 p.m. when the Pueblo County Republican Party’s second, old-fashioned barbecue kicked off it was a lovely day. The rain had stopped, the day was cool but comfortable and the company was great.

Sudden Death Finish at Memorial Course Changes Lives

Twenty-four-year-old Cristian Jojola, Albuquerque, won the first Darren Butcher Memorial Tournament at the newly opened Disc Golf Park in Butcher’s name last Saturday, with a victory on the 5th hole of sudden death over Russ Birdsall of Northglenn, Colorado.
