D70 Board Approved Revision of Last Day of School Year

On April 7, the Pueblo County School District 70 (D70) Board of Education (BOE) approved a request that was quite unusual for D70. Ordinarily, D70 struggles to have enough contact hours with students due to snow days interrupting the scheduled hours.

Rye FFA Celebrates a Decade of Oyster Fry Events

The Rye High School FFA Chapter celebrated “A Decade of Havin’ a Ball” with a nearly record-breaking attendance at their annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry and Labor Auction. Parking lots were filled, with additional vehicles overflowing along Highway 165.
