The Beulah Farmer’s Market is in its fourth year, and it gets better and busier every year. The Market is held in the parking lot in front of Beulah Valley Pottery – most of the time, it is a rather over-sized parking lot for such a small business, but it is perfect for a farmer’s market.

Tragic Fire Destroys Homes in Applewood

According to the Pueblo County Sheriff ’s Office (PCSO), the Applewood Fire started at 6:20 p.m, Sunday, as a wildland fire near Mile Marker 73 on Interstate 25 southbound. The fire is believed to have been caused by sparks created from metal dragging from a vehicle on the interstate.

Pueblo County School District 70 is offering its lunch program again this year. In the Greenhorn Valley, breakfast and lunch bundles will be offered starting Monday, June 8, at Craver Middle School. Food bundles can be picked up on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 p.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Recent Changes at Three Sisters Tavern and Grill

In January, residents of Greenhorn Valley may have noticed some changes at the Three Sisters Tavern and Grill as construction began on the side of the building. Many speculated whether the project would result in a patio dining area, a game room, a meeting room, or even an additional business.
