It’s back! The Rye High School Future Farmers of America (FFA) Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry is back. Finally, after two years, the long-awaited oyster fry and labor auction will be held on March 16.

The Greenhorn Valley will soon have a spectacular activity center available to residents. The Sangre de Cristo Volunteers for Community (VFC) have been working on this transformation since purchasing the building in 2018.

The Rye High School Girls won the District Tournament with victories over Holly and Hoehne, and enter the Region 5 2A Tournament with a perfect record and a number five seed of the remaining 32 teams. Rye will face Front Range Christian (#28) at 5:00 p.m. on Friday in the Thunderdome.
