More than $365,000 in Unclaimed Capital Credits

Some people who buy electricity from San Isabel Electric may not realize that they are members of San Isabel Electric, not utility customers. Being a member comes with some great perks, like capital credits. Capital credits are monies back, based on how much electricity is purchased by the member.

Mower Settles into Rye Town Clerk Position

Jocelyn Mower dived headfirst into her position as the Rye Town Clerk, and hasn’t looked back. Hired on December 31, 2021, the same date that was scheduled to be former Town Clerk Sherri Beach’s last day, Mower had to train fast. Mower shared, “Training with Sherri Beach was a wonderful experience.

SOCO Regional Quilt Show Features Local Artist

The Southern Colorado Regional Quilt show will be from March 31st to April 9th at the El Pueblo History Museum in Pueblo. The show is sponsored by the Pride City Quilt Guild and is open from 10am to 5pm daily. The featured quilter this year is Carol Davis from Colorado City.
