The Beulah Fine Art Exhibition

The Beulah Fine Art Exhibition opens September 5th and runs through September 14th at The Tucita at 8881 Grand Avenue in Beulah. The Exhibition, presented by the Beulah Valley Arts Council, will showcase the best work of a broad range of regional artists.

Beulah Author Presents Interactive Reading Tonight at Dotson Cabin

Beulah author Carol Fortino will present an interactive reading of her latest work, Grannies with Gusto, in Beulah, at 5:30 p.m., August 28. The reading will take place at the Dotson Cabin Pavilion at 8737 Schoolhouse Lane, near the Beulah School of Natural Sciences.

Okins Prevents Robbery

Greenhorn Valley Baptist church Pastor Paul Okins was in Pueblo last Wednesday morning. After dropping his son off in northern Pueblo near Big Lots he became involved in an active crime when he heard a woman scream.

Rain Doesn’t Stop Cowboys

Each year, during the Pueblo County Fair, the Pueblo County Stockmen’s Association (PCSA) hosts the Ranch Rodeo. This exciting event features four-person teams competing against the clock in three tasks: penning, branding, and trailer loading, to achieve the quickest overall time.

Sixty Attend Valley Community VBS

Over 60 children attended the Vacation Bible School held at the Valley Community Church from July 28 through August 1. The VBS was for ages pre-K through 5th grade and was entitled, “ True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World.

Local 4-Hers Compete in County Fair Shooting Sports
