Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Public Deptartment of Health and Environment community collection for household hazardous waste will be held Saturday, April 23 from 8:00 a.m. -noon at Mineral Palace Park, 1600 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Pueblo.

Annual K-12 Student Art Show and Concert

The Annual K-12 Student Art Show and Concert was held Wednesday, March 30, after being cancelled due to bad weather on the originally scheduled date of March 10. Many performers of all ages participated, and many different genres were represented.

Chamber Moving Forward with Business EXPO Plans

The Greenhorn Valley Chamber of Commerce is moving forward with plans for the annual Business Expo, which has been upgraded to include a Casino Night event played with funny money. The Business Expo and Casino Night will be held on June 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Craver Middle School.

Pueblo Born Purcell Takes District Wildlife Manager Position

Cody Purcell began his first day of work as the Colorado City/Rye District Wildlife Manager on Monday, and was feeling quite at home. Purcell and wife Moriah are both Pueblo natives and their families still live in the Pueblo area.
