Daniel “Dan” Wright, 84, passed away Feb. 1, 2022. Survived by his wife, Ann Wright; daughter, Gina Anderson; son, David (Karen) Wright all of Colorado City; grandchildren, Alesha Henderson, Daniel Sims, Rondel Wright, Steve Anderson and Taylor Wright; great-grandchildren, Sierra Henderson, Colton Sims, Kylee Sims, Lacie Anderson, Kyra Anderson and Damien Anderson; great-great grandchildren, Braxton, Bryan, Avarie Gulliford; sister, Edwina Burrier of Rayville, La.; and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins. Preceded in death by parents, Wesley and Lucille Wright; sister, Patsy Phillips; brother, John Wright; sister Maxine Lingo; and great-grandson, David Ryan Vaught. Dan was born Oct. 23, 1937, in Winnsboro, La., was a minister and worked in six different states. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, visiting family and friends, listening to music, football and “Loved the West.”
