Just created in December 2022, although co-owner Sarah Hunter says it has been being discussed and planned for a long time, Bee Sassy Boutique LLC is a refreshing pop-up store recently appearing in the Valley.
Mother and daughter team Sarah Hunter and Cass Lenon have assembled a refreshing assortment of women’s western clothing, boho clothing, accessories, jewelry, Myra handbags, concealed carry bags, wallets, throws, throw pillows, and scented soaps, and lotions that they are offering for sale. Cass handmakes some of the earrings.
Hunter was already a very busy lady, running eXp Realty with her husband Justin, and filling her seat on the Colorado City Metropolitan Board, but she is enjoying the pop-up shops. She shared that this venture was giving her and Cass a chance to spend time together, have fun, enjoy a project, and run a business. The ladies are operating their store as a pop-up operation that travels from one location to another. They have appeared in the Valley at Mountain Men’s Cuts, the Chamber of Commerce Business EXPO, and in Pueblo at the State Fair Grounds. They have also traveled to La Veta and outlying Pueblo County for shows.
The Bee Sassy owners would appreciate input from their customers to hear what products they would like to see offered. Hunter shared that they work hard to continue to offer a variety of products at a reasonable price.
