Letter to the Editor

Being a part of the Rye Co City community and just changing my insurance over to Fred this is so tragic for me as it is for all of us and I remember a jingle written by Barry Manalow and being a K9 guy Mandy is about a dog! Barry wrote 'Like A good Neighbor State Farm is there' State Farm still uses that jingle from the 70's ..........So we have lost a good father, grandfather, husband. church member, community member and of course a good neighbor.....maybe Fred was the inspiration for that jingle or is he our inspiration to be neighbors that carry us through grief and tough times in the Valley... Only Barry and Fred Knows!
