Car Show Celebrates Ten Years

Can you believe it’s been ten years already? The 10th Annual Colorado City/Rye Lions Club Car Show and Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Registration for cars will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The registration fee is $30 for cars and vendors.

Nearly $1.5 million dollars in capital credits were retired by the San Isabel Electric Board of Directors in 2024. More than 21,000 checks were mailed to Members in early September.

D70 Hosts Teletown Hall Meetings Regarding Urgent Issues

On Tuesday, September 17, Pueblo County School District 70 (D70) hosted two regional Teletown Halls to discuss issues impacting schools and the upcoming mill levy override ballot question. The first meeting focused on Pueblo West and the other on the Mesa and Mountain schools.
