The small but mighty Valley First organization is announcing the groundbreaking ceremony for its Phase One project. The ribbon- cutting ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 16, at the Greenhorn Meadows Park at 4:00 p.m.

Can you believe it’s been ten years already? The 10th Annual Colorado City/Rye Lions Club Car Show and Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Registration for cars will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The registration fee is $30 for cars and vendors.

D70 Hosts Teletown Hall Meetings Regarding Urgent Issues

On Tuesday, September 17, Pueblo County School District 70 (D70) hosted two regional Teletown Halls to discuss issues impacting schools and the upcoming mill levy override ballot question. The first meeting focused on Pueblo West and the other on the Mesa and Mountain schools.
