Clean Energy Bill Opens the Way for Nuclear Power

As Pueblo faces the closure of the coal-fired Comanche Unit 3 power plant by 2031, the Cleaner Coal Communities Coalition welcomes the Governor Jared Polis signing House Bill 25-1040 recognizing that zero-emission Advanced Nuclear Energy is in fact Clean Energy.

RHS Excels at Denver Envirothon

The 2025 Colorado Envirothon brought together eleven high school teams, including the Rye High School (RHS) team, to compete in various natural resource challenges, including a soils competition that utilized soil cores, maps, and lab tests.
