Pueblo Housing Up

The dollar value of June home sales in Pueblo County was $22.5 million, up 20% from a year ago according to a news release from the Pueblo Association of Realtors. The average selling price for a home was just under $130,000. That number represents sales of 174 houses and townhouses, which was a nine percent increase from last June's level. Year over year home sales have increased in four of the last six months.
