When you visit with General Manager Brandy Aragon of Lustre Plus Paint-n-Body it doesn’t take very long to figure out that the core of their business is customer service. Located at 2200 Santa Fe Drive in Pueblo, the shop does complete body repair, painting and hail damage repair but it’s more the little things that turn into big things that separate them from their competitors.

“We do whatever it takes,” says Aragon, of she and her employees. “We will help you file your insurance claim. No one does that anymore. We will give you rides. I know everyone says they have good customer service but we go above and beyond.”

Aragon knows what she is talking about. She has done about every job you can do in the paint and body shop business. She started as a part time office assistant with Aspen Paint and Body, also located in Pueblo, 18 years ago.
